Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as Ferry Boat, I Forest Road.Walthamstow, London, N17 9NG applied to Wahham Forest London Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.The proposed variation is: 

1. To vary the layout of the premises in order to permit a bar in die external area, in accordance with plans as supplied by the applicant
2.T6 add the provision of regulated entertainment in the form of live music, performance of dance and anything similar to live or recorded music from 10:00 hours to 00:00 hours, seven days a week.
3.To add the provision of regulated entertainment in the form of fiIms from 07:00 hours to 00.-00 hours, seven days a week.
4.To extend the start time for opening hours to start from 07:00 hours Monday to Sunday (including standard and non-standard timings) to allow for breakfast opening.
5.To amend and add non-standard timings for notable days are also sought, as detailed in the application submitted to the Licensing Authority.
6.To remove outdated conditions from the licence. Please See Application for Full Details.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Service,Vvaltham Forest Council, Environmental Health ftTrading Standard, Sycamore House,Wahham Forest Town Hall Complex, Forest Road.VValthamstow, El 7 4JF no later than 04 August 2017 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Wakham Forest London Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.walthamforestgov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
