Please take notice that I MR IRFAN TAS, have made an application to the local licensing authority to vary the Premises Licence in respect of Vivaldi Cafe & Restaurant, 236 High Road Loughton IG101RB. The application is only to add following activities to the outside area ot the premises as shown on the plans submitted. The supply of alcohol consumption ON/OFF the premises Days Sunday to Saturday Start Time 09:00 Finish Time 23:00. Opening Hours Days Sunday to Saturday Start Time 09:00 Finish Time 23:30.

A register of all applications made within the area is maintained by Licensing Team, Neighbourhoods Directorate, Epping Forest District Council, Civic Offices High Street Epping Essex CM16 4BZ. A record of this application may be Inspected by visiting the office during normal office hours. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application In writing to Licensing Team, Neighbourhoods Directorate, Epping Forest District Council, Civic Offices High Street Epping Essex CM16 4BZ by not later than 10th October 2017. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is a fine not exceeding £5,000.
