1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 28th September 2017 made the above mentioned Orders under sections 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to remove existing parking spaces, in order to facilitate the introduction of bus stops, in the following sections of roads: -

(a) Havelock Road N17: -

i. the east side, along the flank wall of No. 131 Seymour Avenue; ii.the west side, along the flank wall of No. 121 Sherringham Avenue;
(b) Rosebery Avenue N17, the south side, along the flank wall of No. 64 Hanbury Road;

(c) Shelbourne Road N17: -

i. the north-west side, outside Nos. 148 and 152 Shelbourne Road; ii.the south-east side, outside Nos. 169 and 171 Shelbourne Road; and
(d) Windsor Road N17, the west side, along the flank wall of No. 72 Thackeray Avenue.

3. Copies of the Orders referred to above, which will come into force on 2nd October 2017, of a plan which indicates the locations and effects of the Orders, and of a Statement of Reasons for making the Orders, may be inspected at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made at www.haringey.gov.uk/traffic_ orders.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
