LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF VARIATION APPLICATION
Notice is given that Tradita Shqiptare Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Enfield for a variation of the premises licence or club premises certificate (delete as appropriate) licensable activities as follows: The applicant proposes to supply alcohol and play recorded music at the premises on additional days, being Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The applicant also proposes to extend the current opening hours in order to open at 10.00 and supply alcohol from 13.00 at Tradita Shqiptare, 115 Green Lanes, London N13 4SP. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing stating the grounds of making said representation to: Licensing Team, PO Box 57, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield EM 3XH, or by emailing licensing@enfield.gov.uk   WITHIN TWENTY EIGHT DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting www.enfield.gov.uk/services/business-andlicensing and following the link to the Licensing Register. The application can be inspected upon request to licensing@enfield.gov.uk within the 28 days from the date of this notice. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
