London Borough of Redbridge Report of Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman
The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman has issued reports following its investigation of two complaints against the London Borough of Redbridge. The complaints were about Housing Service matters. The Ombudsman found that there had been fault on the part of the Council, and this caused injustice to the complainants. The Council has agreed to take action which the Ombudsman regards as providing a satisfactory remedy for the complaint.
Copies of the reports will be available for public inspection during normal office hours at Ground Floor, Central Library, Clements Road, llford, IG1 1EA for three weeks starting on 1 November 2017. Anyone is entitled to take copies of the report or extracts from it. Copies will be supplied free of charge.
