LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC AND WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS TEMPELHOF AVENUE NW2 AND HALEY ROAD ACCESS ROAD NW4
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate traffic management around the Brent Cross shopping area when traffic conditions demand thus maintaining vehicular and pedestrian safety, theyhavemade an Order which will close Tempelhof Avenue to northbound traffic between its junctions with Tilling Road and Prince Charles Drive, and introduced 'at any time' waiting and loading restrictions on both sides of the Haley Road access road, between Haley Road and the A41 Hendon Wayslip road. The Order will commence on Friday 24th November 2017 and it is expected that the closure will only be required for periods of up to 2hours between the hours of 12.00pm and 10.00pm, between 24th November 2017 and 4th January 2018. The closures will only apply at such times as indicated by a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis to direct traffic. The alternative route for motorists will be via Tilling Road, A406 North Circular Road (westbound to eastbound via M1 junction 1 roundabout) and Stadium Road East. Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of aPolice Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
