The Licensing Act 2003 (Premises and Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2005 Notice Is hereby given that: I Mr Rebeen Abdulah Mussin have made an application under Section 17 Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to a new Premises Licence for the Premises known as TAG Supermarket, 74 Willoughby Lane London N17 OSS. I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following icensable activities: Sale of Alcohol consumption OFF the premises Monday to Sunday from 06:00 to 00:00. Opening Hours Monday to Sunday from 06:00 to 00:00. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Team, Level 6 Alexandra House 10 Station Road Wood Green N22 7TR by not later than 7th February 2016. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is a fine not exceeding £5,000.
