Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as Lord PaJmerston, 252-254 Forest Road, Warthamstow, London, EI7 5JN, applied to Waltham Forest London Borough Council for a variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: I.To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol, films, indoor sporting events, live music and late night refreshment until 01:00 hours the following morning, 7 days a week. 2. To extend the opening hours to allow the premises to close at 01:30 hours the following morning, 7 days a week. 3. To add additional hours for Non Standard Timings (including British Summer Time and New Year's Eve). 4.To add a door staff condition as agreed with the Police; 5.To amend the embedded condition relating to New Year's Eve. Any representations regard­ing the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Council, Environmental Health & Trading Standard, Sycamore House, Waltham Forest Town Hall Complex, Forest Road.Walthamstow, EI7 4JF, no later than Friday, 23rd February 2018 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Waltham Forest London Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.walthamforestgov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connec­tion with an application.
