HARINGEY COUNCIL - PUBLIC NOTICE ANTILL ROAD AND TYNEMOUTH ROAD N17: EXTENSION OF WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND REDUCTION OF PARKING PLACES AND INTRODUCTION OF CYCLE CONTRAFLOWS THE HARINGEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. 60) ORDERS 2018 THE HARINGEY (SEVEN SISTERS CPZ) (PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. 1) ORDER 2018 THE HARINGEY (SEVEN SISTERS CPZ) (CASHLESS) (PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. 2) ORDER 2018 THE HARINGEY (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (NO. 1) 2018 T81
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 15th February 2018 made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to:-

(a) extend the length of existing double yellow line waiting restrictions in Tynemouth Road located outside, and opposite, the Tynemouth Medical Practice by a distance of 9 metres;

(b) introduce pedal cycle contraflows in: -

(i) Antill Road, between the northern kerb-line of Broad Lane and a point 13 metres north of that kerb-line, in a north to south direction;

(ii) Tynemouth Road, between it's the western kerb-line of Copperfield Road and a point 13 metres east of the western kerb-line of Hanover Road, in an east to west direction

these will allow cycles to proceed in these areas of road against the flow of traffic.
3. Copies of the Orders referred to above, which will come into force on 19th February 2018, of plans which indicates the locations and effects of the Orders, and of a Statement of Reasons for making the Orders, may be inspected at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, at www.haringey.gov.uk/ traffic_orders.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
