TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY hereby gives you notice that it proposes to make an order under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of the following areas of public highway which are shown hatched with black diagonal lines and marked 'Area to be stopped up' on the plan attached to the draft order:
(1) The area of the public highway to be stopped up forming the highway known as Land at 500 White Hart Lane, London N17 7NA (approximately 137.6 square metres).
IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping up will be authorised to enable the development described in the Schedule to be carried out in accordance with the outline planning permission granted under Part III of the Act to Tottenham Hotspur Football & Athletic Co Ltd planning reference HGY/2016/0828 and the reserved matters planning application (yet to be determined) submitted by Fairview New Homes (Properties) Ltd submitted as valid on 19 December 2017 with planning reference HGY/2018/0047.
FURTHER IF THE ORDER IS MADE, improvement works to the public highway known as Land at 500 White Hart Lane, London N17 7NA shall be carried out pursuant to an agreement to be entered into in connection to the reserved matters planning application (planning reference HGY/2018/0047), such works to include relocation of the bus shelter and reconfiguration of the kerb line.
COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND THE RELEVANT PLANS MAY BE INSPECTED BY WAY OF APPOINTMENT during the 28 days commencing on 23 February 2018 at River Park House, 225 High Road, Wood Green, London N22 8HQ.
ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed order within 28 days commencing on 23 February 2018 by written notice to the Director of Legal Services, 5th Floor, River Park House, 225 High Road, London N22 8HQ (quoting reference LEG/PP/RXW/56160).
In preparing any objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and that those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it.

Development in accordance outline planning permission HGY/2016/0828 granted on 30 November 2016 and the reserved matters planning application HGY/2018/0047 submitted as valid on 19 December 2017 for mixed use redevelopment to comprise the demolition of existing buildings/ structures and associated site clearance and erection of new buildings / structures to provide 144 residential units, employment uses (Use Class B1 and B8), retail uses (Use Class A1 and A3), community uses (Use Class D1) associated access, parking and servicing space, infrastructure, public realm works and ancillary development.
