NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to makethe above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49,51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
In order to provide aparking facility to disabled blue badge holders who meet qualifying criteria, the general effect of the above Orders would be to provide designated disable parking bays for use by motorists in their vehicles who display both avalid disabled blue badge and adedicated disabled permit which would be applicable to each bay, outside the following locations:
34 Ferney Road EN4, 3 Deans Lane HA8, 18 Gruneisen Road N3 (convert an existing 2pm to 3pm Monday to Friday resident permit holders only parking space.
It is also proposed to introduce adisabledparkingbay at TheCrest NW4(Side of 94 BrentStreet), foruse by motorists who display avalid disabledbluebadge in their vehicles between the hoursof9am to 7pm Monday to Friday Motoristswould be limited to amaximum 30 minutes. TheFree Order would also remove redundant disabled parking bays outside 67 Fairmead Crescent HA8,
157 Osidge Lane N14 (converted to a4wheels footway parking bay), 126 Beaufort Park NW11.
In order to accommodate the introduction of 'dropped kerb' vehicle crossoverstoenable accesstooff-street facilities, thegeneral effect of the Orders would be to remove existing parking spaces and replace with yellow line waiting restrictions which would operate for the same time as the corresponding Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ), as follows:

In order to mitigate the loss of resident parking provision on Brent Park Road NW4 as aresults of the proposed Brent Park Road vehicle crossover amendment mentioned above, the Charged-For Order would introduce anew 10am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday resident permit holders only parking space outside No.71 Brent Park Road NW4. Acopy of the proposed Orders, associated plans of the relevant areas and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive for aperiod of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at:
a) Design Team, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ

b) Reception, Hendon Town Hall,The Burroughs, Hendon, London
