1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Harlngey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and to introduce road humps and raised tables under Sections 90A and 90C of the Highways Act 1980 and the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:-

(a) introduce double yellow line waiting restrictions operating "at any time" into sections of Alroy Road N4, Eade Road N4, Endymion Road N4, Linkway N4, St Ann's Road N15, Salisbury Road N4 and Woodlands Park Road N15;

(b) introduce loading restrictions operating at any time into sections of St. Ann's Road N15, Salisbury Road N4 and Woodlands Park Road N15;

(c) shorten the length of a parking place located in Linkway N4, at its junction with Eade Road;

(d) shorten the length of parking place located in Salisbury Road N4, at its junction with St Ann's Road;

(e) introduce an exemption for bicycles into the existing road closure located in Eade Road N4, located south-west of its junction with Linkway N4.

3. It is also proposed that 8 sinusoidal road humps and a raised table would be introduced into sections of Eade Road N4 at 40 to 50 metre intervals from its junction with Seven Sisters Road. The raised table would be introduced at the same location as the existing road closure. The road humps and raised tables would be approximately 4 metres and 6 metres in length respectively, including the ramps. They would be 75 millimetres in height, with gradients of 1:15 to 1:20 on the ramps and would extend across the full width of the carriageway.

4. It is also proposed that, in Endymion Road N4 and Alroy Road N4, proposed raised tables would be introduced at the following locations:-

(a) outside Nos. 6 and 7 Endymion Road, at its junction with Alroy Road;

(b) outside Nos. 14 and 15 Endymion Road;

(c) outside Nos. 22 and 23 Endymion Road;

(d) between Nos. 28 and 29 Endymion Road;

(e) outside Nos. 34 and 35 Endymion Road;

(f) outside Nos. 41 and 42 Endymion Road;

(g) Alroy Road, at its junction with Endymion Road.

The road humps and raised tables would be a maximum of 9 metres in length, other than the raised table located outside Nos. 6 and 7 Endymion Road, which would be a maximum of 27 metres in length, and the raised table in Alroy Road which would be a maximum 11 metres in length, including the ramps. They would be 75 millimetres in height, with gradients of 1:15 to 1:20 on the ramps and would extend across the full width of the carriageway.
5. Plans showing the locations of the road humps and raised tables may be inspected for a period of 21 days from the date of this Notice during normal office working hours at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at www.haringey.gov.uk/traffic_orders.

6. Copies of the proposed Orders and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders and plans showing the locations and effects of the Orders may be inspected during normal office working hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green,

N22 7TR or can be viewed online at www.haringey.gov.uk/traffic_orders.
7. Any person desiring to object to the proposals or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to the Traffic Management Group, River Park House, 1 st floor, 225, High Road, Wood Green, N22 8HQ or to traffic.order@haringey.gov.uk within 21 days from the date of this Notice.
