Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that East 15 Acting School has applied to Epping Forest District Council for the grant of a 'SHADOW Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as EI5 Acting School & Corbet* Theatre, Hatfield Campus, Rectory Lane, Loughton, IG1O 3RY. This 'Shadow1 Premises Licence is to safeguard the owners' premises and the integrity of (he existing permissions under the Premises Licence when being used by The Student's Union. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: As currently existing, namely regulated entertainment Mondays to Saturdays inclusive from 1200 hours to 2300 hours and on Sundays from 1400 to 2230 and the sale of alcohol on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive from 1100 to 2300 and on Sundays from 1200 to 2330. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section Epping Forest District Council, Civic Offices, High Street, Epping, Essex, CM 16 4BZ no later than 30th May 2018 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Epping Forest District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.eppingforestdc.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
