hereby gives you notice that it has made an order under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of the following areas of public highway which are shown hatched with black diagonal lines and marked 'Area to be stopped up' on the plan attached to the order:
(1) The area of the public highway to be stopped up forming the highway known as Land at 500 White Hart Lane, London N17 7NA (approximately 137.6 square metres).
THE ORDER IS MADE to enable the development described in the Schedule to be carried out in accordance with the outline planning permission granted under Part III of the Act to Tottenham Hotspur Football & Athletic Co Ltd planning reference HGY/2016/0828 and the approval of reserved matters to Fairview New Homes (Properties) Ltd with planning reference HGY/2018/0047.
FUTHER improvement works to the public highway known as Land at 500 White Hart Lane, London N17 7NA shall be carried out pursuant to an agreement to be entered into connected to the reserved matters approved by the London Borough of Haringey (planning reference HGY/2018/0047), such works to include relocation of the bus shelter and reconfiguration of the kerb line.
COPIES OF THE ORDER AND THE RELEVANT PLANS MAY BE INSPECTED BY WAY OF APPOINTMENT during the 28 days commencing on 11 May 2018 at River Park House, 225 High Road, Wood Green, London N22 8HQ.
ANY PERSON MAY CHALLENGE the validity of the order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with within 6 weeks commencing on 11 May 2018 by application to the High Court under section 287 of the Act.

Development in accordance with outline planning permission HGY/2016/0828 granted on 30 November 2016 and the approval of reserved matters HGY/2018/0047 on 27 March 2018 for mixed use redevelopment to comprise the demolition of existing buildings/ structures and associated site clearance and erection of new buildings / structures to provide 144 residential units, employment uses (Use Class B1 and B8), retail uses (Use Class A1 and A3), community uses (Use Class D1) associated access, parking and servicing space, infrastructure, public realm works and ancillary development.
