LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON MONTAGUE ROAD AND PELHAM ROAD - PARKING LAYOUT CHANGES THE MERTON (PARKING PLACES) (4F) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 2018
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton under the powers conferred by sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, propose to make the above mentioned Order.

2. The general effect of the "Parking Places" Order would be to:-

(a) remove the parking place situated in Montague Road, the east side, adjacent to Nos. 32 to 34 Pelham Road and replace it with a single yellow line waiting restriction matching the operational times of the controlled parking zone "4F", to facilitate new crossovers following redevelopment;

(b) partially relocate the removed parking place to the proposed locations specified in the Schedule to this Notice;

(c) extend northward for 2 metres, the parking place in Montague Road, the west side, opposite Nos. 32 to 34 Pelham Road.

3. A copy of the proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, including a plan which indicates the lengths of road to which the Order relates can be inspected Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.

4. Any person desiring to comment on the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their representations or objections and the grounds thereof, to the Environment and Regeneration Department at the Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX, or alternatively by email to trafficandhighways@merton.gov.uk quoting reference ES/CPZ4F, no later than 15 June 2018.

NO. *) ORDER 201* THE MERTON (CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE) (WIMBLEDON VILLAGE) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 201*
1. Further to the notice published on 17 May 2018, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the 'W7 and Wimbledon Village Parking Places Orders would be to convert existing parking places to parking places which would operate at all times for buses displaying:-

(a) a CPZ W7 business permit at the location specified in Schedule 1 to this notice; and

(b) a CPZ VN business permit at the location specified in Schedule 2 to this notice.

3. A copy of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including a plan which indicates the lengths of roads to which the Orders relate can be inspected Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.

4. Any person desiring to make representations or to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their representations or objections and the grounds thereof, to the Environment and Regeneration Department at the Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX, or alternatively by email to trafficandhighways@merton.gov.uk quoting reference ES/Z86-36, no later than 15 June 2018.

the north-east side, from a point 19.5 metres south-east of a point in line with the north-western boundary of No. 16 The Downs south-eastward for a distance of 5 metres.

the north-east side, from a point 9.5 metres south-east of the common boundary of Nos. 6 and 8 Peek Crescent south-eastward for a distance of 6 metres.
LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON THE MERTON (TENNIS EVENT DAYS) (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS & PARKING PROVISIONS) ORDER 2018
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton, on 22 May 2018, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order will be to revoke the Merton (Tennis Event Days) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions & Parking Provisions) Order 2017 and re-introduce its provisions with updates to certain Articles and Schedules further to changes to parking arrangements in certain roads and the introduction of controlled parking zone VNS to Newstead Way and Somerset Road.

3. A copy of the Order, which will come into force on 4 June 2018, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, including a plan specifying the lengths of roads affected by the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof, or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
