CORPORATION OF LONDON NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL BY THE CORPORATION OF LONDON OF FREEHOLD PROPERTY
SITUATED WITHIN THE METROPOLITAN GREEN BELT GREEN BELT (LONDON AND HOME COUNTIES) ACT 1938
1. Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of Section 5 (1)(a) and (b) of the Green Belt (London and Home Counties) Act 1938 the Corporation of London of Guildhall, London EC2P 2EJ ("The Corporation") proposes to dispose of the freehold described in the Schedule hereto ("the Property").
2. Any person who objects to the proposed disposal by the Corporation of the property may lodge objection in writing with the Secretary of State for the Environment whose address for this purpose is Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government, Planning Casework Unit, 5 St Philips Place, Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2PW stating the full title of the order within 28 days of the date of publication of the Notice. Any objections will be considered by the Secretary of State for the Environment whose consent is required to the proposed disposal under Section 5 of the Act.
3. The property is shown on drawing number 1-C-40630 which is available for inspection free of charge at the office of the Superintendent of Epping Forest, The Corporation of London, The Warren, Lough ton, Essex, IG10 4RW from the date of publication of this Notice until the date of expiry set out in paragraph 2 above between the hours of 9am and 4:45pm Monday to Friday inclusive.
All that freehold property known as The Coach House, Woodredon Farm Lane, Waltham Abbey, Essex, EN9 3SX comprising a residential two storey house. The property to be sold comprises of the building and surrounding land totalling 2,742 sqm and is shown as drawing number 1-C-40630 edged red.
