I give notice that Tottenham Hotspur Football & Athletic Co. Ltd. having applied to the London Borough of Haringey for planning permission for a "Hybrid Application with matters of layout, scale, appearance, landscaping and access within the site reserved for residential-led mixed use redevelopment to comprise the demolition of existing buildings/ structures and associated site clearance and erection of new buildings/ structures and basement to provide residential units, employment (B1 Use), retail (A1 Use), leisure (A3 and 02 Uses) and community (D1 Use) uses, with associated access, parking (including basement parking) and servicing space, infrastructure, public realm works and ancillary development Change of use of No. 52 White Hart Lane (Station Master's House) from C3 use to A3 use" is appealing to the Secretary of State against the failure of the Council to give notice of a decision. Any owner of the land* or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this appeal should write to The Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BS16PN or using the website at https://www. gov.uk/appeal-planningHnspectorate by 8 July 2018 If you decide to make representations you should make it clear that you are an owner of the appeal site or tenant of an agricultural holding on the site and you should give the site address.
'"owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years, or in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).
