LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton on 18 June 2018 made the following Order detailed below under sections, 84 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985, the Road Traffic Act 1991 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

2. The General effect of The Sutton (Speed Limit) (20mph) (Church Hill Road Area) (No. 3) Order 2018 will be to introduce a 20mph zone in the Church Hill Road Area (not including that part of Abbotts Road which lies east of Matlock Crescent, Esher Avenue east of Marlow ?rive, Maiden Road, London Road and St Dunstan's Hill) The following are within the 20mph zone:- Abbotts Road, Buxton Crescent, Carlton Crescent, Chatsworth Road, Church Hill Road, D'Arcy Road, Esher Avenue west of Marlow Drive, Fieldsend Road, Fromondes Road, Hayes Crescent, Hilbert Road, Kingsdown Road, Lumley Gardens, Lumley Road, Matlock Crescent, Matlock Gardens, Matlock Place, Northfield Crescent, Priory Avenue, Priory Crescent, Priory Road, Senhouse Road, Stoughton Avenue, Tilehurst Road and Wrayfield Road.

3. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 2 July 2018 containing the Council's Statement of Reason for making the Order and a plan may be inspected at the Council's Environment, Housing and Regeneration Offices at 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the said Act of 1984 or of any instrument made under the said Act of 1984 has

not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court. Dated: 21 June 2018
LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) CLYDE ROAD, WALLINGTON
1. The Council of the London Borough of Sutton hereby gives notice that in order to facilitate gas main replacement works and because works are being executed on or near the road it made an Order the effect of which is summarised in paragraph 3 below.

2. The Order will come into effect on Tuesday 25 June 2018 with works expected to take 6 weeks to complete working Monday to Friday between 07.30am to 6.00pm and Saturday 08.00am to 2.00pm.

However, the Order will remain in force for 6 months to be re-introduced should further works be required.
3. Whilst the works are taking place and the appropriate traffic signs are displayed the Order will in Clyde Road between its junctions with Carew Road and Stafford Road temporarily:-

? prohibit all vehicular traffic; and

? introduce waiting restrictions - 'no waiting at any time' and loading restrictions - 'no loading at any time'.

4. An alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via Stafford Road, Demesne Road Carew Road and vice versa.

5. Any vehicle that is in contravention of the temporary waiting & loading restrictions at a time when these restrictions apply will be removed to an alternative location in accordance with the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986

6. The prohibitions specified above apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) KIMPTON PARK WAY, SUTTON
1. The Council of the London Borough of Sutton hereby gives notice that to facilitate construction works for the installation of parking bays and because works are being executed on or near the carriageway

it intends to make an Order the effect of which is summarised in paragraph 3 below.
2. The Order will come into effect on Monday 9 July 2018 with works expected to take 6 weeks to complete. However, the Order will remain in force for 6 months to be re-introduced should further works be required.

3. When the works are taking place and the appropriate traffic signs are displayed the Order will temporarily in Kimpton Park Way between its junctions with Kimpton Road and Minden Road introduce waiting restrictions 'no waiting at any time' and loading restrictions 'no loading at any time'.

4. Any vehicle that is in contravention of the temporary waiting restrictions at a time when these restrictions apply will be removed to an alternative location in accordance with the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

5. The prohibitions specified above apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
