Notice is given this day 26th June 2018 that Dawn Chappell has applied to the Licensing office of Epping Forest District Council for a New Premises Licence in respect of 32 Barrington Green, Loughton IG10 2BX. The proposed licence is for the Sale of alcohol, The Provision of Regulated Entertainment to include Recorded Music and the Provision of anything of a Similar description to Live Music, Recorded Music or the Performance of Dance. Hours premises will be open to the public will be Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 23:30, Friday 08:00 to 00:30, Saturday 09:00 to 00:30 and Sunday 09:00 to 23:30. Operating Hours for the Sale of Alcohol will be Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 00:00. Additional hours to 00:30 Christmas Eve into Christmas Day and till 01:00 New Year's Eve into New Year's Day. Operating Hours for the Provision of Regulated Entertainment to include Recorded Music will be Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 00:00. Additional hours to 00:30 Christmas Eve into Christmas Day and till 01:00 New Year's Eve into New Year's Day. Operating Hours for the Provision of Anything of a Similar description to Live Music, Recorded Music, or Performances of Dance will be Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 00:00. Additional hours to 00:30 Christmas Eve into Christmas Day and till 01:00 New Year's Eve into New Year's Day. The register of licensed premises is maintained at the Licensing Office of Epping Forest District Council, Civic Offices, High Street, Epping, Essex, CM16 4BZ. Applications for premises licences may be inspected at this office during office hours. Anyone wishing to oppose this application must give written notice to the Licensing Office within 28 days of this notice. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application which could lead to a fine on summary conviction (maximum £5000)
