NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Mutiny in the Park Limited has applied to the London Borough of Enfield for a new premises licence to operate for one Friday & one Saturday in October of each year. For October 2018, it is intended to operate on Friday 26th & Saturday 27th.
The application seeks the following licensable activities as follows:
Sale of Alcohol 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs
Exhibition of Films 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs
Performance of Live Music 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs
Playing of Recorded Music 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs
Performance of Dance 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs
Late Night Refreshment 23:00hrs - 23:30hrs
Hours open to the public 12:00hrs - 23:30hrs
at Oktoberfest Enfield, Town Park, Enfield, EN2 6HA.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing stating the grounds of making said representation to: Licensing Team, PO Box 57, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, EN1 3XH, or by emailing licensingSenfield.gov.uk WITHIN TWENTY EIGHT DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE, THIS DEING 13 AUGUST 2018.

The application can be inspected upon request to firstname.lastname@example.org within the 28 days from the date of this notice.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
