BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (A322 BAGSHOT ROAD/BRACKNELL ROAD & A332 SWINLEY ROAD) (TEMPORARY 40 MPH MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2018
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding at a speed of greater than 40mph along the following lengths of road in the specified direction:
i) North-westwards bound traffic on A322 Bagshot Road from its roundabout junction with A322 Swinley Road north-westwards for a distance of approximately 1150 metres;

ii) north-westwards bound traffic on A322 Bracknell Road from its roundabout junction with A322 Swinley Road south-eastwards for a distance of approximately 300 metres;

iii) the circulatory carriageway of the roundabout junction of A322 Bagshot Road/Bracknell Road and A332 Swinley Road;

iv) all traffic on A332 Swinley Road from its roundabout junction with A322 Bagshot Road northwards for a distance of approximately 150 metres.

The purpose of this Order is to enable safe access to land adjacent to A322 Bagshot Road for the holding of a sports event.
The Order was made on 24th September 2018 will come into operation on the 4th October 2018. Although the Order will have a maximum duration of 6 months it is anticipated that the temporary speed limit will be in place from 4th - 8th October 2018.
