ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED - Section 14 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC COURTFIELD RISE WEST WICKHAM

LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED - Section 14 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC COURTFIELD RISE WEST WICKHAM
NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Thames Water to repair a water leak THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Courtfield Rise West Wickham will be closed to through traffic for up to three days from Wednesday 7th November 2018. The point of the closure will be at the junction with Addington Road.
Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Addington Road Corkscrew Hill
2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3. THE Order will come into effect on Wednesday 7th November 2018 with no specified finish date.

4. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the works will take up to three days to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

5. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer or Traffic Warden.

6. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the work.

7. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER

Sevenoaks Road Orpington will be closed to through traffic for up to two consecutive nights from Wednesday 7th November 2018 between the hours of 20.00-05.00 on each night. The point of the closure will be in between the junctions of Glentrammon Road and Brittenden Close. Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Farnborough Hill B2158 Farnborough Way A21
2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3. THE Order will come into effect on Wednesday 7th November 2018 with no specified finish date.

LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY The Bromley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2003 (Amendment No. 188) Order 2018 (Various Locations)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 30th October 2018 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985, and of all other powers thereunto enabling, which will come into operation on 12th November 2018.
The effect of the Order would be to:-
(a) introduce/extend waiting restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice.
A copy of the Order may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Order.
ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
SCHEDULE:-
WAITING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting At Any Time:-
BECKENHAM ROAD, Beckenham, the south west side, from a point 10m west of the western kerbline of Queen's Road eastwards to a point 10m east of the eastern kerbline of Queen's Road.
CREDENHALL DRIVE, Bromley, both sides, from the south eastern kerbline of Lower Gravel Road south eastwards for a distance of 10m.
JACKSON ROAD, Bromley, both sides, from the south eastern kerbline of Lower Gravel Road south eastwards for a distance of 8m.
LOWER GRAVEL ROAD, Bromley, (a) the north west side, from a point 10m south west of the south western kerbline of Prince's Plain north eastwards to a point 10m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Prince's Plain; (b) the south east side, (i) from a point 10m south west of the south western kerbline of Credenhall Drive north eastwards to a point 10m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Credenhall Drive; (ii) from a point 6m south west of the south western kerbline of Jackson Road north eastwards to a point 6m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Jackson Road.
MURRAY ROAD, St. Mary Cray, the south side, from a point in line with the western flank wall of Alterchrome House westwards and southwards for a distance of 12m.
PRINCE'S PLAIN, Bromley, both sides, from the north western kerbline of Lower Gravel Road north westwards for a distance of 8m.
QUEEN'S ROAD, Beckenham, both sides, from the southern kerbline of Beckenham Road southwards for a distance of 15m.
ST. JOHN'S ROAD, Petts Wood, the north east side, from a point 4m south east of the common boundary of Nos. 98/100 & Nos. 102/104 south eastwards to a point 15m south east of the south eastern kerbline of St. Georges Road.
No Waiting between 8.30am and 6.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive:-

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC STATION ROAD ORPINGTON
NOTICE OF INTENTION
1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Network Rail to complete bridge maintenance and strengthening works on the railway bridge THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Station Road Orpington will be closed to through traffic on the dates listed below. The closures will take place between the hours of 22.00-05.00. The point of the closure will be at the railway bridge in between the junctions of Station Road and Crofton Road.
Saturday 24/11/2018 until Friday 30/11/2018 between the hours of 22.00-05.00 only
Monday 03/12/2108 until Friday 07/12/2018 between the hours of 22.00-05.00 only
Monday 07/01/2019 until Friday 11/01/2019 between the hours of 22.00-05.00 only
Monday 14/01/2019 until Tuesday 22/01/2019 between the hours of 22.00-05.00 only
Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Sevenoaks Road A223 High Street Green Street Green Farnborough Way A21 Farnborough Common A21 Crofton Road A232
2. THE Order will come into effect on Saturday 24th November 2018 with no specified finish date.

3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.

4. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works

5. PEDESTRIAN access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

6. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the actual works will take up to 26 non-consecutive nights from Saturday 24th November 2018 between the hours of 22.00-05.00am to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

7. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
