NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs & Bars Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Hop Poles, 320 Baker Street Enfield, EN I 3LH. The variation proposed is as follows:- I. Extend the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol on Sunday to Wednesday to midnight and on Friday & Saturday to 01*00 the following day
2. Extend the start time for the sale of alcohol on Sunday to start from KMX).

3. Extend the terminal hour for live music on Monday to Wednesday to midnight and on Friday & Saturday to 01*00 the following day. 4. Permit live music on Sunday from 09:00 until midnight 5. Permit late night refreshment on Sunday from 23*00 to 23:30.6. Remove facilities for making music and facilities for dancing as these are no longer licensable activities. 7. Remove existing non­standard timings and add non­standard timings as detailed in the application. 8. Remove all conditions under Annex 2 of the Premises Licence and replace with updated conditions. A copy of the application can be inspected at the offices of Licensing Department, Enfield Council, Civic Centre, Silver Street Enfield, EN I 3XH during normal office hours. This application was lodged with Enfield Council on 24/01/2019 and any representations must be made in writ­ing to Enfield Council at the above address by 21/02/2019.
