LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE/CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE*
Notice is hereby given that Sinan Cinko has/have applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Enfield for a Variation of Premises Licence to permit: Variation is to update the plan for the premises Enfield Food Centre situated at 602-604 Hertford Road, EN3 5SX. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting https://new.enfield.gov.uk/services/ business-and-licensing/ and following the link to the Licensing Register. The application can be inspected upon request to licensing@enfield.gov.uk within 28 days from the date of this notice. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the London Borough of Enfield, Licensing Team, PO Box 57, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield EM 3XH, or by emailing licensing@enfield.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 13/03/2019. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale. Dated this 13th day of February 2019
