Notification of Application for Planning Permission under Article 13 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Proposed development at: 79 Windmill Hill, Enfield Chase, EN2 7AF. I give notice that 79 Windmill Hill Properties Limited is applying to London Borough of Enfield for full planning permission for the following: "Redevelopment of the site, including demolition of existing buildings and the construction of 49 residential units across three blocks (including a shared basement level between blocks B and C) with associated parking, landscaping and access road"
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at London Borough of Enfield, Planning, Place Department, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, EN1 3XY within 21 days of the date of this notice. '"Owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years, ""tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised of the land.
