PROPOSED RELOCATION OF A DISABLED PERSONS PARKING BAY IN CHARTHAM ROAD, SOUTH NORWOOD The Croydon (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (Amendment No.K12)Traffic Order 20-The Croydon (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No.K13) Traffic Order 20-

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council propose to make Traffic Orders under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.



2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:



(a) relocate an existing disabled bay in Chartham Road, South Norwood as specified in Schedule 1;



(b) to reduce "at any time" waiting restrictions in the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice;



3. A copy of the proposed Orders and all related documents can be inspected until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders, between 9am and 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at the Enquiry Counter, "Access Croydon" Facility, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1 EA.

5. 6. The Order is intended to relocate a disabled parking bay in the said road where difficulty is being experienced in the parking of the disabled persons' vehicle.

the south-east side, from a point 8.00 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Lincoln Road north-eastwards for a distance of 5.50 metres;

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on 15 April 2019 made the above Traffic Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to:

a) Revoke the disabled parking places in the vicinity of No. 31 a Alexandra Road, Croydon, No. 5 Alton Road, Croydon, No. 650 Davidson Road, Croydon, No. 1 Grange Avenue, South Norwood, No. 32 Harcourt Road, Thornton Heath, No. 2 Mayday Road, Thornton Heath, No. 73 Penshurst Road, Thornton Heath, No.



84 Queen Mary Road, Upper Norwood, No. 87 Silverleigh Road, Thornton Heath, No. 8 Sunnydene Road, Purley, No. 22 The Ridgeway, Croydon and No. 5 Werndee Road, South Norwood.

b) Designate new/extend existing parking places at which vehicles displaying a disabled persons' badge may be left without charge or time limit in:

Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 ACCESS ROAD OFF CHERTSEY CRESCENT, NEW ADDINGTON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate access to a development site, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in the access road adjacent to No. 124 Chertsey Crescent.



2. Whilst the said works are taking place, parking in the access road situated off the south-west side of Chertsey Crescent, between the boundaries of No. 124 Chertsey Crescent and No. 95 Overbury Crescent, will be suspended and waiting restrictions will apply between the south-western kerb-line of Chertsey Crescent and a point 2 metres west of that kerb-line.



3. The Order will come into operation on 20 April 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within 12 months from 8am to 5pm each day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.



4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:



(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;



(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;



(C) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 UVEDALE CRESCENT, NEW ADDINGTON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate access to a development site, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Uvedale Crescent, New Addington.



2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking in Whitmead Close will be suspended and waiting restrictions will apply on the west side between the common boundaries of Nos. 121 and 123 and Nos. 129 and 131 Uvedale Crescent.



3. The Order will come into operation on 20 April 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within 12 months between 7am and 6pm each day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.



4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:



(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

PROPOSED INTRODUCTION OF 1HR FREE PARKING BAYS

MITCHAM ROAD, CROYDON The Croydon (Free Parking Places) (Limited Time) (No.1) Traffic Order 2019

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on 15 April 2019 made the above Traffic Order under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and all other enabling powers.



2. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce one-hour maximum stay free parking bays on the north-east side of Mitcham Road, Croydon, between the junctions with Sutherland Road and Priory Road. The bays will operate from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday;



3. Copies of the Order, which will come into operation on the 22 April 2019, can be inspected between 9am and 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, at the "Access Croydon" Facility, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk Croydon, CRO 1 EA.
