We really have enjoyed our home over the years. The key factors for us choosing to live here is that the road is nicely tucked away so it is very quiet together with the fact that we are just minutes away from Epping High Street and Central Line station.

Over the years, the house has really given us all the space we needed for bringing up our family. The garden has been perfect for entertaining in the summer months with plenty of family bbq's and get together's.

We now feel it is time for us to downsize as our children have all flown the nest.
