I bought this bungalow because I grew up in this community, and wanted to stay in the area. Also, I did not want to rent anymore and wanted an alternative to a buying a leasehold flat. I would never have had this wonderful garden either, if I had gone into a flat.

For me, the convenience of this area is amazing, too. I can do my weekly shop nearby at the Marks and Spencers Food Hall, Morrisons, or Sainsbury's and walk to the tube in 15 minutes, when I need to get into London.

The neighbourhood around here is really nice, as well, so I won't be moving far, and I am sure whoever buys this bungalow will settle right in quickly.
