A nursery raised £585 for charity The Meningitis Trust when its children took part in a sponsored toddle waddle.
Youngsters at Littler Bear's Nursery, in The Green, Wanstead, raised the cash last week by completing ten laps of its grounds.
Deputy manager Judy Levinson said: "It was a really brilliant event.
"All the children and staff dressed up in yellow, and the children had duck hats too for the waddle.
"We're absolutely delighted by how much we raised, it's such a good cause".
Each child that completed the laps received a medal and certificate for their efforts.
The Little Bear's chain has two nursery branches in Wanstead.
