Five gang members who were convicted of stabbing a man to death in Ilford are due to be sentenced today.
Thomas Cudjoe, 29, was stabbed 10 times, punched and kicked as he sat in a car parked on a garage forecourt in Ley Street in the early hours of November 3, 2012.
Asher Johnson, 25, of Bellamy Close in the Isle of Dogs, Courtney Mitchell, 23, of Clandon Road, Ilford, Jerome Green, 23, of Ashgrove Road, Ilford, Lewis Johnson, 22, of Bellamy Close, and Reece Garwood, 21, of Overton Road, Romford, were all found guilty of his murder in July.
Police say they are due to be sentenced at the Old Bailey later.
