A CCTV image has been released of a gambler who assaulted a betting shop manager after being refused entry.
The man pictured is wanted in connection with common assault at Ladbrokes in High Street, Walthamstow, on August 24.
At around 5.50pm, the suspect tried to enter the betting shop but was refused entry as he was already barred for previously damaging gaming machines.
He challenged the 30-year-old manager and tried to him out of the shop.
The manager was able to shake him off and phoned the police.
The CCTV image has been released as part of a joint venture between the Guardian and the Metropolitan Police to identify perpetrators of unsolved crimes.
