Now is your chance to find out what the council gets up to behind closed doors.
A special open day at Waltham Forest Town Hall is inviting residents to learn some more about the historic building this Sunday.
The council says it is putting on the event to "illustrate our vision for redeveloping the town hall as an open community hub", as it hopes "to preserve and protect this iconic site for the future".
Free face painting, entertainers, soft play and council staff will be on hand for residents throughout the day.
You can take the opportunity to find out what goes on behind the grand doors of the town hall on one of the many tours.
The open day will kick off at 10am and finish at 4pm.
