CHILDREN can cultivate their creativity at a Christmas workshop.
Friends of Wanstead Parklands are holding their sixth event for children this year, giving them the chance to make festive crafts inspired by nature, sing songs and listen to Christmas tales.
Jo Blackman, Vice-chairwoman of Friends of Wanstead Parklands said: “We’ve been delighted with the turnout at these events which have been enjoyed by around 200 children this year.
“We are particularly looking forward to our special Christmas event where children will be able to make Christmas crafts inspired by nature, listen to Christmas stories and join Christmas songs.
“Thanks to our volunteers for their help throughout the year.”
The event takes place at the Temple in Wanstead Park at 11am-1pm on Sunday, December 17.
Tickets cost £2 per child.
