A GIRL with cerebral palsy gained her passport to greater independence after a four month battle.
Arna Saha, of Woodford Green, was presented with a new wheelchair following joint efforts of customers and staff at Cashino Streatham.
Although she cannot verbally speak, Arna is now able to communicate through the wheelchair’s computer system.
Indrajid Saha, Arna’s father, said: “I am very happy. This chair is very good for her, very helpful.”
Cashino is one of the main fundraisers for CHIPS, a charity set up on behalf of the casino and gaming industry, providing specialised power wheelchairs for children with severe mobility problems.
The six-year-old lives with her older brother and parents.
