There is queueing traffic on the A12 westbound before the A406 North Circular Road (Redbridge Roundabout).
Expect delays on the M11 southbound before junction 4 for the A406 North Circular Road in Woodford.
Traffic is heavy on the A406 North Circular Road westbound around the A105 Green Lanes (Clockhouse Interchange) in Bowes Park.
Tube
On TfL Rail there are minor delays between Liverpool Street and Shenfield due to a shortage of trains.
There is a good service on all other lines.
Weather
Today will be cloudy with outbreaks of rain clearing this morning to leave bright and breezy conditions. The odd shower is possible this afternoon. Temperatures will reach 11°C. Tonight is expected to be dry with some fog developing by dawn.
