The most complained about roads in the district have been revealed.
Data gained through a Freedom of Information request to Essex County Council shows Manor Road in Chigwell and Epping New Road in Buckhurst Hill were reported 46 times each in 2018.
Just behind them was Sewardstone Road in Waltham Abbey, the poor state of which led to 45 complaints.
The top ten list marks a significant change compared to last year, with only two roads - Manor Road and Queens Road in Buckhurst Hill - appearing on both.
In 2017, Englands Lane in Loughton attracted 32 complaints, ahead of Loughton roads Lechmere Avenue and High Road, which had 22 and 21 respectively.
High Road topped the 2016 charts with 38 complaints, beating Avey Lane in Waltham Abbey and Sheering's The Street into second and third respectively.
In total, 145 more complaints were made about the ten worst offending roads in 2018 than in 2017.
