Mud lovers are invited to take on a new charity obstacle course.
West Essex and East Herts charity, St Clare Hospice, has partnered with neighbouring hospice St Francis in Romford to host a brand-new muddy obstacle race.
To be held at the Nuclear Races venue in Brentwood on October 7, the 5K charity mud run will have participants whizz down a zip wire, slip down the slide of death and launch themselves over 40 other obstacles.
Registration is £50 per adult and £40 per child, with St Clare Hospice suggesting participants raise £100 in sponsorship.
To register go to www.stclarehospice.org.uk/event/mission-mud or call 01279 773754.
