A Lidl supermarket in Walthamstow is set to reopen next week after extensive refurbishments including an extending bakery and additional car parking.
The store in Mission Grove, Walthamstow, will reopen on Thursday, October 4, offering customers exclusive deals for the first two weeks.
These include a HD dashboard cam for £19.99, a convertible notebook for £79 and an espresso machine for £39.99.
Lidl has worked with Waltham Forest Council and people living in the area to make Mission Grove a safer and more pedestrian friendly street by relocating the entrance to Buxton Road as well as resurfacing the car park.
Lidl UK’s regional head of property, Oliver Barrett, said: “We would like to thank all those who have played a part in redeveloping our Lidl store in Walthamstow.
“There’s been much anticipation for this new store and we can’t wait to re-open our doors and serve our multi-award winning products to the local community again.”
More than two thirds of Lidl’s produces are British sourced.
