Dog owners and their pooches were invited to an estate agents for a fundraising tea.
Savills’ Loughton office held the bake sale and tea party in support of partially sighted or blind people, with more than £400 raised for the Guide Dogs charity in the process.
Along with a range of tasty treats there were also raffle prizes donated by butcher The Ginger Pig, Loughton Beauty Clinic, the Loughton branch of Marks & Spencer and Ongar Dog Training Club.
James Lamb, head of office, said: “It was a busy day and we had good weather.
"I’d like to thank everyone for their support and generous donations.
"The Guide Dogs charity is vitally important for so many people.
"They train their dogs in the local area and we always see them out and about, so we were only too happy to help.”
