The workman was stuck atop scaffolding
Severe back pain stranded a workman on scaffolding.
At 3.13pm on November 21 a fire crew from Loughton was called to Roding Lane in Chigwell.
There they found a construction worker stuck at the top of 3m of scaffolding.
He had twisted his back and was unable to climb down.
The crew used an onsite forklift to reach the man, secured him to a board and then brought him down safely.
The casualty was left in the care of the Ambulance Service.
