A police appeal has been launched after two teenagers were robbed in Loughton last night.
The boys, aged 16 and 17, were walking in Brook Road at around 6.30pm when they were approached by two men armed with weapons.
One of the victims was punched in the jaw and had his phone stolen.
The other had his cash, phone and other items taken from his bag.
The men, described as being black, then left the scene.
Anyone with information of the incident on Wednesday, February 6, please call Loughton CID on 101 quoting crime reference numbers 42/20133/19 and 42/20140/19.
