London's least stressful tube stations have been unveiled.

Redbridge has been revealed as the second least stressful tube station based on Transport for London data of entries and exits, train delays and social media posts over the course of a year.

The new research by PowWowNow has found the most and least stressful tube lines in London with Barkingside found to be the least stressful with only 17 minutes of delays across the year.

Redbridge was found to have the second least delays with 19 minutes for the year.

Other tube stations in the top five rankings included Roding Valley, Chigwell and Park Royal.

The station with the most delays was Acton Town in West London, where frustrated commuters faced more than 73 hours which is 4,432 minutes of extra waiting time a year.

But, the most stressful tube station was found to be Kings Cross St Pancras with an index score of 1.9 and it is also the busiest station with 97.92 million people entering and exiting over the course of 2017.

The research was compiled using an index created from the amount of people entering and exiting the stations, negative and neutral social media mentions and total length of delays in minutes.
