A local pub has reopened its doors following a major refurbishment.
The Three Jolly Wheelers on Chigwell Road in Woodford was closed for 11 days from March 11.
It reopened its doors on Friday, March 22 launching a new Spring menu at the same time with dishes including pancetta wrapped cod loin, served on crushed potatoes, with green vegetables and a white wine velouté, and a host of mouth-watering puddings including blackcurrant and Prosecco cheesecake.
Marcus Young, landlord of The Three Jolly Wheelers, said: "We wanted the new look to provide guests with a cosy pub where they can enjoy dinner, have a few drinks after their busy day or simply to relax with their four-legged friends.
"The Three Jolly Wheelers is in a fantastic location a stone’s throw from Epping Forest, and we have an amazing support network around us, so we hope that all of our guests, both regulars and first-timers love the transformation."
To celebrate its new-look, The Three Jolly Wheelers is hosting a Gin tasting event on Friday, April 19 at 7pm.
To register to attend the gin tasting event, email: vintageinns@spottydogcommunications.com with the subject line “The Three Jolly Wheelers- Gin Tasting Event” to register your interest and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
