Colleagues at Tesco in Watford will be inviting customers to don their dancing shoes and show off their moves as part of nationwide fundraiser this week.

Visitors to the store in Waterfields Retail Park on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, will be treated to some dance performances or you can show off your own moves on a specially created dance floor.

Customers will also be able to join Tesco colleagues and charity representatives in learning the ‘Pump and Slide’ a specially created dance routine put together by Oti Mabuse, star of Strictly Come Dancing and The Greatest Dancer.

Not only will it be fun but it will all be food a good cause too.

It will raise money for Tesco's three national health charity partners - Cancer Research UK, the British Heart Foundation and Diabetes UK.

Dave Lewis, chief executive at Tesco, said: "Cancer, heart and circulatory diseases and diabetes touch almost every family in the UK, which is why in our centenary year we’re launching Dance Beats to support the important work of our three health charity partners. Our colleagues and customers continuously go to amazing lengths to raise millions for charity and we hope Dance Beats will be a great way to fundraise and have some fun through dancing."
