A wanted man jumped from a first floor window.
Police spotted the man in Seven Kings Road, Ilford, at around 9.25am today (Monday).
He was later seen entering a building in Farley Drive before jumping out of a first floor window.
The man was arrested on suspicion of breaching a court order and taken to hospital. His injuries are not believed to be life changing or life threatening.
