A pair of new Leyton Orient signings visited young players taking part in a summer holiday football camp.

O's Conor Wilkinson and Lee Angol met 60 young people taking part in The Leyton Orient Trust football camp last Wednesday.

Youngsters got the chance to ask the two questions such as what it is like to be a professional footballer and about their careers before joining Leyton Orient.

Connor and Lee also met young people studying for the Level one Sports Leaders UK qualification.

James Court, lead development coach at Leyton Orient Trust, said: “A huge thanks to Conor and Lee for taking time to come over and meet with the young people and answer their questions. They are both a credit to the club.

"It’s great we have this link that gives the young people the opportunity to meet professional footballers and ask questions about their life and career.”

The Leyton Orient Trust football camp is part of the free Waltham Forest Summer holiday activity programme which helps youngsters improve and enjoy football. It is led by Leyton Orient Trust coaches.
