James Bayley, 36, of Boundary Way, Watford. On June 30, 2019, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 115 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 27 months. Fine, costs: £417.

Mateus Sores Costa, 20, of Cassio Road, Watford. On July 5, 2019, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 82 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
