Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward following a rush hour assault.
The victim, a man in his thirties, was repeatedly punched in the face on board a Victoria Line train in north London.
The assault happened at approximately 7.40am on September 16; British Transport Police have only just issued an appeal for information.
The victim had asked another man to be quiet as he was shouting. The man responded by assaulting the victim, causing a cut to his inner lip, laceration to his eyebrow and a dislodged tooth.
A 28-year-old man from Walthamstow was arrested on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm. He has since been bailed as enquiries continue.
Officers believe several passengers witnessed what happened and are appealing for those who were on board to contact British Transport Police by sending a text to 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 1900080072.
