Watford people are being urged to vote for the shops, restaurants and businesses where the customer really comes first.

Watford Business Improvement District is holding its fourth annual annual Service Excellence Awards, which recognises the businesses in the town centre that do the most for their clients.

Winners will be decided with a combination of public vote, independent mystery shoppers and customer interviews.

The awards will be presented at Watford Colosseum on March 3.

There are 15 categories. The finalists are:

Consumer Services: Flight Centre, No 1 Currency Leisure & Live entertainment: Pump House Theatre, Watford Colosseum, One YMCA, Fitness4Less, Everyone Active Estate Agents,

Office and Professional Services: Warren Anthony Estate Agents, Sugarman Health and Wellbeing

Hair, Beauty and Professional Services: Artisan, Window to the Womb Nightclub: PRYZM, Pop World
