Centric Parade, in High Road, Loughton
I note with concern that Epping Forest District Council are speculating in commercial property, risking taxpayers' funds.
With retailers suffering and many collapsing, specialist expert funds have been busily divesting themselves of high street properties yet our councillors think they know better.
May I ask them to explain why this a safe and lucrative good deal.
